What is your return policy?
We accept returns on merchandise only in new condition with all original tags. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed in order to receive a full refund. If you are located in the United States, returns must be made within 14 business days from original receipt. International returns must be made within 25 business days from original receipt. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment method used for your purchase.
Can I return sale items?
All discounted, sale or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
How can I make a return?
For US customers and International, if you wish to make a valid return please contact email@example.com to receive a return authorization number (RA#). We will verify your return and email you a return label to ship your merchandise back. Pack your return along with the original invoice in a box, slap the return label on it and include the RA# on the box, get the box on over to your local UPS, and we’ll take care of the rest and get your return and refund processed as quickly as possible!
*Please note that all return charges are to be made at the customer’s expense. Unfortunately, we do not refund any associated duties, taxes, or shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse refunds to returned merchandise that show signs of wear, wash, or any misuse/ alteration.

How long will it take to process and credit my refund?
Please allow 7-10 business days after receiving your return to fully process and credit your refund.
